I know, I know...it has been a long time.
One of my students just pointed out that it has been awhile since I posted anything here. There is no doubt that he was right, but is has not been for lack of desire. Things have gotten a bit busy this year and it seems that the projects just keep piling up. It is my hope to start posting on a more regular basis.
New machine...
One of my biggest changes lately has been in my equipment. My Toshiba laptop was starting to show signs that it may not be much longer for this world and the thought of moving to Vista was not pleasant. I have a number of friends using Vista and my limited experience with it told me that I wanted nothing to do with it. So I went back to what I know best and now enjoy a new Macbook. I must say that I love it! I have been a Mac user since the early 90's and moved to Windows only to run Logos Bible Software and a networked accounting package that I am responsible for. Well, now with Intel-based Macs I am doing both better and faster than I was with my Windows XP based PC. I plan to blog here about my change back to Mac and some of the differences that I am finding in the new OSX.
New Class...
I am currently teaching Ministry Technologies this quarter and I am enjoying sharing the benefits of Logos with a new group of students. They seem to be catching on and I hope they will learn how to leverage all of that power in their Bible studies. More on that soon...
